Albatross18 is a freeware shows current time and date in another time zone, next to your Albatross18. On mouseover, the full time (with minutes) is displayed, and comment or date. It opens to a black screen with a few iconized buttons. Once you select an image you have the option to apply an effect. This option opens a drop-down menu that shows 26 different effects. The effects are incredibly easy to use. Some of the effects simply tint the picture in one color while others just distort it in a preset pattern. There is no control over the intensity of the effects and the final image quality is poor.
